Elevate your event experience with exclusive access to The Lounge For an additional $50.00, you can enjoy the following perks before, during, and after the show. Please be aware that The Lounge upgrades have limited availability.

With a regular event ticket purchase, you gain access to The Lounge, where you'll find an array of enticing amenities:

• Exclusive Pre-Show Entrance: Prior to GA doors, enter through a dedicated entrance, bypassing the main crowd at The Novo.
• Express Entry: Priority entry to main venue when GA doors open.
• Private Bar: Enjoy a private bar offering a curated selection of exclusive beers, liquors, and specialty drinks.
• Convenience and Comfort: Access private restroom facilities and an abundance of comfortable lounge seating.

Simply ask our Guest Services team to direct you to the dedicated ‘The Lounge’ Pass entrance when you arrive! Please note that The Lounge access is an additional feature and does not include a concert ticket; both are required for entry to the venue.

Quick Pass allows you to bypass the General Admission entry line upon arrival to the venue. Simply ask our front door staff to be directed to the dedicated Quick Pass entrance.

To purchase, please select the Quick Pass add-on while checking out. You may also purchase separately after completing your order by returning to the AXS ticket link on our calendar page.

Please Note: The Quick Pass add-on does not include admission to the show. Concert tickets are required for entry. Each patron requires their own Quick Pass. This add-on may not be available for all shows, and does not guarantee first entry into the venue.
